Private Classes

Private sessions give you the opportunity to work with Cheryl on a one-to-one basis or in a small group.  Classes are tailored to meet your specific needs or goal and can be held at your home, work place or even local park (weather permitting) cutting your travel time.  These one-to-one or smaller sessions can aid beginners by providing a good understanding of the fundamental principles of alignment, help experienced practitioners refine their technique, supplement a training programme...and so much more.

Corporate Classes

Yoga classes can be brought to your place of work.  By offering a regular yoga class to you employees you and they may benefit from: increased mental focus and productivity, decreased levels of stress, improved well-being i.e. less sick days, increased energy and vitality, stronger team bonds...and more!  Classes can be tailored to fit around you and your business including level, duration or style (relaxing or energising)...you choose!

Pregnancy Yoga

Practicing yoga when pregnant can build stamina for the labour, create space within the body for the growing baby helping the mother feel more comfortable and help prepare the mother mentally for birth.  Cheryl teaches a gentle yet dynamic pregnancy yoga class with the use of breath to help you connect with your body and your baby.
