Spring Clean Your Body and Mind: a hot yoga workshop

Over time we accumulate toxins, tension, unhelpful habits and thought patterns that can leave us feeling tired, lethargic, and stuck in our ways.  With a full body cleanse we can begin to move these stagnations helping our bodily systems to work optimally, resulting in a lighter feeling and a clearer mind.

In this 2 hour workshop Cheryl will lead you through the full 90 minute Triyoga Hot sequence tailored specifically to spring clean your body and mind, in addition to some specialised techniques designed to promote movement in the often sluggish digestive system.  We will finish with a guided relaxation to allow the body and mind time to rest deeply and reap the benefits of the cleansing practice.

Yang, Yin + Restore Workshop

Join Cheryl for an afternoon of energising vinyasa flow (yang) to build strength and heat as you move the spine in all directions to improve circulation throughout the entire body; followed by some long-held stretches (yin) to open up and go deeper into the connective tissues promoting flexibility and optimal organ and joint health; culminating with restorative yoga and yoga nidra for ultimate relaxation to fully restore and replenish the body and mind.
