If you are trying to conceive, or are thinking about it in the near future, this workshop will provide you with practical tools during this important and emotional time. You’ll learn how and when to apply them to bolster your efforts whilst simultaneously boosting your overall emotional and hormonal health.
This workshop will lead you through four x 30-minute sequences to support and nourish your body during the four phases of your menstrual cycle. Plus, a 10-minute daily meditation to energetically promote conception, de-stress and recalibrate. We will begin with a short lecture on when to practise each sequence and its primary focus.
Each sequence is designed to encourage the potential growth of life in your body using specific breathing exercises, stimulation of acupressure points, hatha yoga, yin yoga and restorative postures.
We will look to improve circulation and warmth around the reproductive organs, promote healthy growth of the follicles and lining in the uterus; and help the body repair, rebuild and nourish optimally at each phase.
The sequences and meditation will be available for audio download after the workshop.
